What is the suggested lead marketing budget?

The number one way to consistently generate deals is by sending targeted leads automated outbound marketing campaigns that touch those prospects multiple times until they bite.

This is why REI/kit is primarily a deal generation platform, centered around a real estate wholesaling CRM with more marketing channels than any other software. (SMS, Email, Postcards, Ringless Voicemail, Inbound and Outbound Calls, Websites)

Unlike with our competitors where you get nothing included, each REI/kit plan comes with a very generous alottment of included skip traced leads as well as outbound marketing channel usage credits to market to those leads.

The best practice for lead marketing requires that you touch your prospects an average of 8 times before they will engage with you.

However to reach your prospects 8 times, depending on which marketing channels you select, and how many leads you are marketing to, you may need to spend beyond your included plan usage credits.

The suggested marketing budget roughly estimates the cost of those 8 touches to reach your prospects according to best practices.

For example if the average cost per touch for a prospect is 40 cents on the Success Plan, then to reach the 100 contacts that are included with that plan 8 times, you would need to spend 800 * $0.40 or $320.00 in marketing budget.

If you want to send more material to more leads, or more expensive material, then your budget will need to be higher.

Conversely, if you use less costly marketing channels, such as email for example, then your budget can be lower.

Your average cost per touch will depend on the channels that you use for your prospects, and the plan cost for the excess usage of those marketing channels.

What's the main difference between the plans?

The higher tier plans have lower unit costs for each marketing channel, and come with more usage included, so that as you scale your marketing you can benefit from the lower unit prices in those plans.

The Starter plan is however slightly more limited, with only a single lead type included, no access to ringless voicemail, and no ability to invite team members.

Are there any costs beyond what's included in my monthly subscription?

Unlike with most other companies, your monthly subscription comes with a generous allotment of included skip traced lead credits each month, as well as marketing channel usage.

Beyond the included usage allotment, you will incur usage costs for each marketing channel. Those costs are clearly listed in the pricing table above, depending on the subscription plan that you select.

This is in contrast to most other companies that hide their usage costs behind bait and switch gimmicks such as "starting at X cents", hiding the real costs until you are stuck with them

How come you only provide 50/100/250 leads in your plans where others give me unlimited leads?

Each REI/kit plan includes an allotment for a certain number of included lead credits each month, where the leads are already skip traced.

For example, our most popular Success plan provides you with 100 skip traced lead credits, that you can use to dowload 100 leads each month at no additional cost to you.

This is in contrast to other companies who claim to give you access to download "unlimited", or at least thousands of "leads". Hey, what gives?

What they fail to tell you is that what they are giving you is not leads, just names and addresses, and that if you want contact information, to you know, actually market to those leads, then you will need to pay extra for that at the going skip tracing rate.

Without contact information what you get from those other companies is actually pretty worthless. Unlimited quantities of worthless.

Given that we give you contact information for those 100 leads included in your REI/kit Success plan, with REI/kit you are actually 100 leads (or $15/mo) ahead than you would have been if you used those other guys with "unlimited", but unreachable leads.

They want you to download as many leads as possible, because then they make a mint on having you skip trace more leads than you can use, and then guess what: they got their money and you're out of your marketing budget.

Can I get more leads beyond what's included in my subscription plan?

Yes ABSOLUTELY, but should you?

Your monthly subscription comes with a generous allotment of included skip traced lead credits each month.

Unlike some other companies where you cannot get more leads than what's included in your subscription, with REI/kit you CAN purchase an unlimited amount of additional skip traced leads at a very competitive unit price.

Here's the kicker though.

Even though you are certainly welcome to and CAN get as many leads as you want to, we don't think that you SHOULD get too many more leads, and so we're not going to try to convince you to do so.

What gives? What kind of business are you guys running over there?

This is because we want you to be successful, by spending your budget on the things that will make you successful. That means you should be marketing more often to the leads you have, rather than less often and less effectively to more and more new leads.

We're not successful, unless you're successful.

(You are of course an adult and you can do what you want to.)

Are the leads you provide qualified?

No.

The average cost of one qualified lead is somewhere between $300-$3,000 depending on the market that you are in.

This software gives you the tools and data in order to qualify a targeted list of homeowners on your own, at an attractive price, and try to reduce your cost of a qualified lead by using effective omni-channel marketing.

Can I import my own leads?

Absolutely.

Many of our customers use several different data sources for their leads.

We have an easy to use contact import tool, or you can use Zapier to automatically send leads into the CRM from most data sources, and even Facebook lead ads.

You can even skip trace those imported leads.

Can I skip trace my own leads?

Absolutely.

Many of our customers import leads from other sources and skip trace them with us.

Because we only charge you if we find data, a common use of the software is to skip trace contacts even if they were previously skip traced elsewhere.

I can’t possibly use all of the features, can I just pay for feature X?

REI/kit is a completely integrated lead generation machine, that works as a complete "Lead 360" system, so it's important that all of the features are available.

Ultimately, this gives you access to probably more features than you can use, initially.

Here's the mind shift, though.

You don't have to learn to use every feature from the start.

Why?

Do you have an app?

No. On purpose.

There is a reason for this. An app is best used for a single purpose, and REI/kit is simply too powerful to be distilled down, so much so that if we tried, it would be an inferior product.

This is why most of the apps by other software providers in this space are junk.

Our focus is therefore on making significant advancements in our software, and ensuring that it can be used on mobile devices through a browser.

What's the difference between the wholesaling software plans and your house flipping software?

All of the wholesaling software plans on this page include all of the features of the house flipping software listed in the above pricing table as the Expert Analysis features.

If you are ONLY looking for the analysis features such as for comps and deal analysis, and you don't need the extensive lead generation and management components or website included in the wholesaling software, then you should look at subscribing to the standalone house flipping software product instead.

How do you compare to PropStream?

REI/kit vs PropStream

Although REI/kit and PropStream have some feature overlap, each software focuses on different parts of the lead generation journey.

Their focus is data centric, trying to get you to get as many contacts as possible, and to purchase the largest amount of skip tracing.

But then you have to do something with that data. As this is not their focus, their marketing tools are not very well developed, functional, or effective.
